Does your dash cam have a plug in point on the mount? I have the next base 312gw. This doesn't happen if you plug into the mount rather than directly to the camera itself. I think this may be the best option for me. I have no idea about electrics or cars or otherwise so I'm not going to...

Thanks all. Bit confusing lots of different opinions. I'm with SteveS being a worrier! I could buy a usb cable to use in the same way if that turns off with ignition. Can anybody confirm this?

Picked up my new mustang today (will make a separate thread with pics/review). I've tried to set up my dash cam today. Hid the cable in the trim and plugged into the 12v in the central glovebox. The thing is it doesn't turn off when I switch off/lock the car. The manual advises not to leave...

They look great! Do you have a button/switch to activate them? Or do they come on only with reverse?

Hi all, I've been keeping an eye on the forum for months, but been very inactive. My Mustang has arrived but waiting until 1st Sept to collect. Has anybody had front parking sensors fitted on theirs? Any idea of how much these cost as an aftermarket option? Cheers
