Honestly, if the chips are as small as you're saying, a "repair" will likely have very little depreciation from the overall finish. I recommend you find a laquer touch up paint of choice and use the technique discussed in this video: Paint pen (currently $8) from that video is here...

No, the CF wheels are a gloss black, in lieu of the satin on the non-R wheels. I haven't noticed any blue flake like Shadow Blue however.

That's a pretty simple blem any good paintless dent repair guy could remedy, if accessible. I know some have had success with the DIY hot glue/bridge kits also. However, the ceramic may need to be compounded off to adhere to the paint properly. The situation sucks, I know but that's an easy fix.

I use Vorshlag plates and was only able to max out at just under -3*. I needed the janky bolts to gain an extra degree.

I've seen the Project 6G wheels and the Vibe offerings. While the shape is different from the true R wheel on both the Vibe is a closer representation. Another benefit is better caliper clearance, which has (is?) been an issue for years with the Project 6G wheels.
