Driving on the highway, about 120km/h Hear a banging sound like I hit something that went around the wheel well and then got spit out. See this when I get home. Lucky it just missed the tire.

Just noticed this today on my 2015, it was probably there a few months ago but warranty is out December 22, 2020 - so I’m 4 months late. Bugger.

I have read all 120 pages of this thread. Well it was 90 pages when I decided to pull the trigger. Living in Toronto the dealership wanted $950 CAD for the part plus $250 install and 13% tax. I ordered the part from Steve Powell at Tasca and had it delivered to a friend in Wisconsin, $484...

Update New drive shaft going in today Waited 2 months for parts, then when I took it in "you will have to leave it we are putting in a new drive shaft - that's the easiest, if that doesn't work it's a new differential" From this I get they are still guessing and my issue may not be solved...

Update Waited 4 weeks for dealership to call back about parts - didn't hear so I called them - they have no idea - nothing is ordered - they are still waiting for Ford engineering to connect with them - WTF I left there last time with the indication that parts are on order and they will...

Sharing info Took mine in 2/18 for vibration, they said they felt it but was not balance related Bring it back when summer wheels are on ( I'm thinking strange as winter wheels are 18" Ford wheels from non PP ecoboost) I didn't believe them so had them balanced myself - no change...

Just joined the forum after reading all 50'plus pages I am having the same issue - took it to the dealer thinking it was tires - they said we don't think it's balancing, wait till you put the summer wheels on and we will diagnose it then. I thought it was balancing so took it to a tire shop...
