Finally got the sound tube out without ripping it out. I removed the engine cover and laid a blanket over the engine and strut tower brace and then a sheet of sturdy foam, laid down on top of the engine and could get straight down on the nut, used Craftsman UNIVERSAL MAX AXESS MECHANICS TOOL...
They are not corrected I use http://www.dragtimes.com/da-density-altitude-calculator.phpelevationcorrect=6335&et=13.051&mph=109&correctetmph=Correct+ET+and+MPH
To correct mine.
Asked my service manager about it and my car is on the recall but they have no estimate on parts. He said they will send out a notice when parts are available.
