When you say the rev-limiter isn't optimized, you're just saying that the 350 manifold will continue to flow well past the stock GT redline and having the rev limiter increased will allow you to take better advantage of the 350 manifold?

Will this require a re-tune or IMRC adapter harness?

So did mine. It is a common probelm. Take it to the dealer and let them scan it.

Check the pins for the camshaft position sensor plugs on top of the valve covers and make sure they plug in properly. The dealer replaced mine and idle issue fixed.

Yes, along the front leading edge of the hood near the fenders, and along the trailing edge of the hood (near windshield).

Thanks to all for your replies. I took car to Ford dealer this morning for inspection and collision manager informed me that Ford will send replacement hood. I'll keep you posted.

I just had car detailed and noticed paint bubbling up on edge of hood. Anyone else experience this?

As I understand it, "B" refers to a bank of cylinders, or the affected side. I don't know which is side A or B. Anyway, the timing advance mechanism sometimes get stuck, resulting in a rough idle. This happened in my car when the oil temp ran high.
