I've noticed this in my car as well! It has a slight, but consistent wobble and if you grip the steering wheel, you can feel it tugging slightly. It's been happening for a while, and I'm not sure what causes it. I've had the tires balanced a few times and nothing changes.

analog, my dealer replaced the EPAS steering gear. That seemed to have fixed the issue for me, I haven't felt the steering catch since. Hope this helps!

It doesn't do it if the wheel is straight, only when it is being turned. I'm sure it's not normal, but the dealer near me is terrible and will take advantage of any chance they get to tell you something is "normal".
