Gotcha. My thing is, I've seen the two different dash applique's before, but none looked black you know? If they're just using it to designate the difference between the PP & 50th, that's fine. I thought it was interesting to show.
Like everything else we don't know for certain, I'm just...
I was playing around with the Mustang Builder as I am want to do on occasion, and I noticed that the dash change color when different options are picked. I had already noticed the 50th Anniversary Appearance Package changed the swatch in the door panel to a grey/white, but what I hadn't noticed...
Honestly, I'm not sure what the interior looks like with 50th Ann package. The only thing I know about the exterior is the corral and faux gas cap. Any chance you guys could point me in the direction of pics of 50th Interior? I am interested in knowing what the inserts look like on the interior.
I can afford it, and that's where I was initially leaning, Jmeo.
Thanks for the response. I am building it for ME. I just don't want to waste my money, ya dig?
I'll figure it out. Just wanted to bounce the idea off the forum wall.
Thanks again.
I do understand this. :) I'll admit that initially I did not understand the double-wheel markup when purchasing both packages, but I did understand that stock wheel price is factored into the 50th Anniversary Package.
I think I'm with you. Essentially, I'd be paying some money for upgrades...
I agree on all accounts. I'm not bent out of shape by any stretch of the imagination. I was just a bit confused. Additionally, my bad if this has been covered. I tried browsing/searching, but may not have done a very good job. :tsk:
I understand that this question is relatively subjective, but I'm fine with personal opinion. I'm having trouble making a decision. I'm definitely getting the GT Premium w/ Performance Package, but I'm on the fence about the 50th Anniversary Appearance Package.
I understand that if you get...
Ah, I see. Thanks for the information. Does it not seem like a bit of a waste, then, to go after the 50th Anniversary Appearance Package? I'm assuming quite a bit of that package goes towards wheels? Either way, I'm a happy boy. Thanks.
I'm ordering both the 50 Years Appearance package AND the performance package. Do I get a spare set of wheels by ordering like this? I'm slightly confused.
I'd just like to reiterate that the lowered top and long lines are a feature of the car, not due to 'wide-angled' lenses. This is what the car looks like. I took those pictures with a cell phone camera, the same camera I use to take pictures of my friends. Again. This is how the car looks.
Silver Ingot Mustang GT @ Cinci Auto Expo
Snapped these at the Cincinnati Auto Expo tonight. Unfortunately the car was completely roped off, so I couldn't actually see the interior with my own eyes. A bit bummed about that, for sure. Looks gorgeous in person!
I'm with Twin Turbo. I know it's a faux gas cap, but at the same time, it's also a cool looking Mustang badge. I dig it.
Love the latest rendering, fellas. Excellent work. Thanks for your time investment and for continually make me stare at my calendar, bummed that it's not 2014...
My take is this - while I'd love for a comparable Mustang to out run a comparable Camaro, we all know the rub. At least for me, it's doubtful if mine will remain stock for long. Just give me a solid, hard running, agile, beautiful canvas to work with. So far, so good.
My name is Jeremy and like Mike, above, I've been a Mustang addict since I was 4 years old. I've never owned a Mustang and have always wanted one, but it's never been financially in the picture for me.
My obsession started in the spring of 1989. I was 4 years old, as alluded to earlier, and...
