I did it by doing a Google search for the picture I wanted, and I just touched and held my finger on the picture until it gave me the option to set it as my wallpaper.

bhooray, go to the Google Play Store and download a launcher. I started with the One launcher, and recently switched to Nova launcher; both work great. Glad you got it done.

Sorry for the delay@bhooray, follow the directions that StangATX gave. I had a similar experience as you, and it turns out that the file name was my issue; it has to say update only.

I use my phone, but a hot spot will work, I know that's what Patrick used. Without an HDMI input, I am not sure that google chrome would work.

No, I gave it to him. Shortly after I received the head unit, I told the seller about the GPS issue, and he sent me a link to download the update, and I forwarded that to StangATX.
