I got a '16 PP with a catback, springs, tint, and Nitto's already on it. 9K miles. It was 27.5K out the door.
The '18 PP would've been 41K out the door. To me, it was an easy choice because I'm a MT guy, and I couldn't do better than that deal. I also like the looks of the 15-17 better.
I've got some black accents on the my OW PP (rims, vents, amber light blackout, taillight tint), and I'm super torn between what color spoiler I want. Do I go with the black spoiler on the white body, or keep the fresh white body look through the back and get a color matched spoiler?
Hnnngh.
My '16 (9K miles) had one owner previously, and my clutch is super light and has an easy feel. My folks' '17 is stock and their clutch is heavy and chunky as hell.
No need to apologize, this was the exact kind of response I was looking for. Heavily leaning towards MGW after reading your posts and other like minded MGW users. Was it a difficult adjustment getting used to not having the pullup reverse feature?
Hey guys.
Looking to add a short throw in the near future, and the Ford Performance shifter definitely caught my attention. It's a couple hundred bucks cheaper than the competition, and seems to be a nice middle ground between a tight short shift, and still comfortable for daily driving. I...
So, my 2016 GT's engine bay is all OEM and I'm looking to go CAI and tune this black friday season.
Should I go with the new closed proflow intake, or the 15-17 open intake? and tune required or no tune required?
I plan on just running pump gas. 93.
Some help needed peeps.
I'm leaning towards doing the manifold + tune first, then doing headers after that. Is there a preferred brand of longtubes or do all brands (Texas speed, Kooks, Pypes) pretty much all get the same job done? Cats or catless?
Sup guys. Just recently went from a V6 to a '16 GT PP a few months ago. The guy before me did tires, suspension, and a catback. Manifold, Intake, headers, ECU all stock.
So, that leaves me with the meat of the bolt on upgrades to get to. Tune, Intake manifold, CAI, Headers.
The '18...
So just a few days ago my 2017 V6 was totaled thanks to an old lady tboning me. I'm in the market for a 5.0 but I don't want to finance more than like 15-16K (I'd put a grand or two down). Everything in that price range has coyotes in the 60K mile range. Is that too high, for say, a 2011? What...
That's my worry, that even though it's been replaced, there's a solid chance it can happen again. Not to mention the car is 5K miles away from being out of warranty.
