R1 Concepts Brake Pads for GT350

One of the guys in the fb group posted a link to these cheap brake pads for the GT350.

I was wondering if they're any good for street/track? Anyone on here have these?

I have a set sitting my garage, but haven't installed them yet - planning to use them as street pads (still have a little life left in my third set of OEMs) and backup track pads (I run Raybestos ST43s).

If you could use them on track, it seems too good to be true (probably is)

Any Brembo brake pad install video should suffice...Need caliper spreaders.
