a few years back a women opened up the door to another Boss 302 and let her dog sit on the front seat.
And people are worried about a little snow ;) :) :)

The bigger problem is that the dealer had a sold car on the showroom floor, where anyone who walked through had access to it. It should have been tucked away in the back.
Well said.

In my opinion this dealer should not have had a sold car especially a GT350R sitting on the showroom floor allowing customer access to someone else's sold car.

This car should be tucked away as you mentioned but in this case the dealership wanted to show it off so at least they put a notice on the windshield to not touch the car which I suppose is better than nothing.

As many of us have seen crazy things over the years as I have witnessed children with drinks, ice cream cones, hot dogs etc. in cars on showroom floors and when I was purchasing a Boss LS in Katy,Texas a few years back a women opened up the door to another Boss 302 and let her dog sit on the front seat.

Some crazy thing can happen at the dealership level as we all know!

Donson, I agree with your comments as I ordered a 2015 GT350 Track Pack in this same color combination and it is 1 of 1 so obviously this is not a popular color combination.

Finally my 2015 car is in transit so looking forward to getting her home, cleaned up and taking her out for a rip!

I have lost track on your car/cars but in any event I hope that everything is going well on your end?

:thumbsup::thumbsup:
My car....I'm hoping that it gets pull when the ZONE MGR's start pulling them again. However I read in some post that, because of the 2 month lag time, they have or might have done away with this?..Not sure how the lag time has anything to do with the cold tire issue...but if it means I get my car sooner, I will agree with any reasoning......P.S. I can not wait to hear your impressions of your car.

If any of you gentlemen stumble upon an available "R" allocation for late 2016 please let me know. I don't mind waiting because I hope to keep this car for 30+ years. And, there is always 2017.

Thanks

I know some people have bought the 350 at MSRP, but has anybody been able to get an R for MSRP? I'm going to assume that's probably a no.

I've heard of a couple...but it's always "I heard that dealer such-n-such sold theirs at MSRP".

I have a deposit on an allocated R model. It was certainly NOT at MSRP unfortunately!
No VIN yet...

Great question. It all depends on the opportunity presented. However, step 1 is to source unsold or "on deposit" allocations not slated to be built until Spring / Summer.

The later the build, the better the chances I have at new opportunities.

Actually I do know of one in Chicago but it has a huge ADM....$60K. I put it in a thread a few days ago but it didn't garner any attention. If you want the particulars let me know. I think it is too much for what ever that's worth...
