My 2015 5.0 PP 6SPD Build.

Just figured I'd share my ride with everyone else. A little bit about my background...

First mustang was a 2002 GT. from there I went to a 03 cobra and ended up owning two more 03/04 Cobras after that one! Finally I made the decision to quit spending money on Cobras and made a huge jump to a 2011 GT500 which I loved!

Two months ago after thinking for so long on it I finally brought my Shelby in to the ford dealer which I sell for and traded the Shelby in on my 2015 Ebony Black 5.0

So far I've loved this car and I don't regret trading the Shelby in at all! The s550 is probably the sexiest mustang I've ever seen and just continues to grow on me after each mod I do too it!

So far I've done a decent amount to it which I will post below pics and videos. The big plan is to get it ready for a Paxton kit by the time spring rolls around so I can see what this car can do!

I'll start with some pics from the day I bought it and I'll include a pic of the Shelby I traded in on it.

2011 GT500 with PP I had pullied it with exhaust and it was a hell of a strong running pullied car!!

Right after it got detailed during the purchase

After getting the car lowered and the window tint I went ahead and purchased a set of 20x9 and 20x11 Forgestar f14 in piano black with 305/35/20 nitto nt555r out back. This changed the look of the car so much!

So finally after getting some of the appearance stuff completed that I really wanted done it was time to move towards performance products.. As you can imagine I took a huge step back in power from downgrading from my gt500 so I ordered a mbrp street catback with a h pipe in stainless steel 3" along with 1-7/8 stainless works long tubes with the off road lead pipes. These paired with a Lund tune with the optional ghost cam made for a hell of a loud and sexy sounding s550! I'll post the link to my YouTube video of the exhaust.

So after getting these performance mods done a buddy of mine with a 2011 GT500 made a couple pulls and I will post the video to it as well.. Sorry no dig runs due to him having a 1-2 shifting issue with his Shelby but I was happy to see how well my car did against a stock 2011 from a roll!

Thanks! I actually don't remember the offsets off the top of my head but they are the same offsets American muscle used on the 11-14s on their site the rears are the deep concave offset though

Thanks! Yes it's Lund tuned.

I know the build thread is kind of boring right now but with the time of year I'm kinda holding back on throwing everything on it. SEMA is really starting to make things interesting though with some of the releases I might have to end up revising my plans lol.

Finally got motivated today to pull the grilles and get the dremel out to do some manual labor and save about 300 bucks on the grille deletes.

Turned out very well, I love the look and it will look fantastic once I have a blower on the car in the spring!

Ordered my gt350 steering wheel, jlt cold air intake, and the touch screen with navigation conversion a couple days ago so I should have all that on by next week hopefully and can update this again.

It's a slow but steady build nothing to exciting yet but things should really pick up around spring.
