Agh. Damn I want a set of these bad the weight reduction and new rubber would make my 350 even faster. But I just built a new garage to house my toys and the car on top of that. I'm pretty much spent. Hopefully I run into a couple grand soon.

The base GT350 wheels don't look bad. If I made the switch, it'd be more for the weight reduction and strength than looks. I bet you could get a decent amount selling the wheels though, and recoup some of the costs.

So will the R spec fit my GT pp?
The R spec is for the GT350/R the front will not fit the regular S550 platform unless you get the fenders and such, For the GT PP the regular 6GR setup we have made would be the proper route.

I like my wheels. Much better in person than in pics, BUT what a PITA to clean. The R spec wheels may be worth it just for the ease of cleaning

I'm certain you would like them as well due to the weight reduction, but good point easy to clean wheels is always a win.

So what about just the R spec in the rear? I need as much rubber as possible with my Whipple set up

It would be super close but doable since the rear of the regular S550 and the GT350 is the same, You can also use the regular 11" and pair a 325/30/19 without issues I have done it before.

I am hoping tonfit R7 315/30/19 front and 325/30/19 rear. Good to know a 325 fits in the rear.
