Why is it that the majority of springs lower the front more than the back? Sorry if This is a silly question, currently looking at Eibach Sports, STEEDA Ultra lite and Sports (only Linear Springs)

this is the V8 5.0L Engine / Mods: Bolt-ons, Exhaust, Tuning section

but to lower the front more than the rear to reduce the larger gap in the front or give the raked look...plus front is usually always lower in road cars so just kinda goes with it. i'm sure someone can get technical.

OEM springs with wheels.



Steeda 1" drop right after the install.



The front of the S550 gives the illusion of sitting higher than the rear.
So people like to go with a bigger drop up front. I went with steeda 1" all around.

So people like to go with a bigger drop up front. I went with steeda 1" all around.
Wheel/tire spec's?
