My dealer advised they should be receiving my car between 11/9 and 11/11. As of now it still isn't there. I checked ETIS and it shows a build date of 10/28. I know these dates are estimates but wasn't sure how off they can be.

If the dealer says it's on the way, does that mean I should be confident I'll be seeing it shortly? Is there no way to track the actual shipment and see where the vehicle is? Can the dealer track real-time status?

I didn't order the vehicle, but they just happened to be getting exactly what I wanted and did the paperwork (minus the bank draft signature) on Saturday. I don't know how people can wait months for their cars... Waiting days is killing me :)

Date seems optimistic. Mine was built 10/12, orig. ETA was 10/30, then 11/3 & it finally arrived on 11/6 (tho it did make the Tampa rail yard on 11/3).

If it's on Nick N's website, you should be able to bring up the sticker which will have the actual build date or PM the VIN to Deysha & she can let you know what the scoop is.

See you around the hood !!

Thanks for the reply! Awesome I'll send her a PM!

Didn't go to NN as I didn't have a great experience with one of their sales guys, nor did we come to a price that was satisfactory. Bought a car from them back in April that went great, but this time a salesman said I was "being nitpicky" because I didn't want one of their drivers to drive a car 430 miles.

Getting from Bill Currie Ford for a great price with awesome customer service so far. I talked to pretty much every single dealer in the Central FL region.

You around these parts? :)

Yeah, a mere 6 miles from NN. They were not very inviting when I went there. Suppose to be a Roush dealer, but knew nothing about the S3's and didn't seem interested in even ordering one for me. Definitely were not interested in modding one ! Heck, the guy was even clueless about the one they had on the lot with the Roush exhaust installed - INSISTED they did not do that anymore. Didn't even offer a test drive, so I bailed and ended up at Elder. BC had great prices & lots of choices in stock + he's a Steeda dealer.

Hopefully, NN will be able to do basic service on our cars, don't want to drive down to Tampa for every little thing. Had to do that with my Infiniti & it gets old fast :(

Haha I'm 4 miles from NN and also wound up in Tampa. Customer service is really important. Wanted to go with Elder for the Lifetime Warranty but they were $2k more out the door for the same exact car that I got (v6). The sales guy literally said he didn't understand how Bill Currie could sell so low haha. They had good customer service though.

Service will likely be @ NN for me. I do go to Tampa often for Sushi though!

Welcome and thank you for the PM, gunbunnysoulja! All dates and ETAs are subject to change. I’ll check on yours and get back to you within 2 business days.
