Got my base gt350 yesterday!

A word to the wise...

Stop the dealer before they fill your car full of 87 octane. The gt350 is probably the only car on your dealer's lot that requires premium, so it's an easy and honest mistake.

Ordered base car with stripes and car cover. The car cover made it to the dealer before the car did. The chin spoiler did not. I have to return to the dealer for the spoiler. May be why some of you are receiving the "material hold"?

On first impressions, I have no regrets for saving money by buying the base package car.

Yes give us a feel for the ride ,like firmness and feel in the corners. I've got a base coming soon. Hope I will be there when it comes in and no detail dept and 93 gas only.

That has been solved already they have the both oil gauges. :cheers:

I've only put 40 miles on it so far. Definitely stiffer than my 2015 gt with the pp. feels like a different car. Much more nimble and responsive. Feels like they stiffened the suspension to compensate for not having magniride, but it's definitely not uncomfortable. I can't see where the average driver will exceed the limitations of this car. I've tracked a variety of mustangs and this one feels very capable. I'm chomping at the bit to stretch it out a little.

Selectable exhaust is awesome!

Very nice! To all of you base no option owners, I'm very intrigued by these cars. No hate here! I can't remember a car of such manner where so many people have been tastefully adamant about a no option offering.

Thanks 46 foxcoupe this is exactly what I wanted to read. Yeah with my boss set @ 4 on all corners .... I bet that's what the base feels like. I don't want a mustang GT/pp feel in the shock firmness dept .

No problem and I've got a base coming so I paid a lot of attention to detail. It's as base as you can get not even stripes. I might keep my boss car cover and use that:lol:

Ford's documentation says four way adjustable but I'm not sure if that means fore/aft and seat height adjustable. Or fore/aft and seat back angle adjustable? Sorry if this has been answered on another thread...

Yes it is height adjustable. Same as the track pack seats.
