I thought this was just a scam being there is a buy it now price of $25,000 but further reading it states that this is an auction on the ADM above MSRP. I called this dealer a few months ago and they stated $25,000 over then.

Yah, I've seen at least 4 different Ford dealers with listings like that. The #1 offender is in Kirkland, WA. Trying to cater to the techies and hipsters with too much money in that area. I think at first, EBay took a few down but then doesn't seem to care lately.

Don't laugh man, that thing only costs $44k (way less than a GT350) and can go 81 miles on a single charge, AND can do 0-60 in 6.5 seconds. It's no joke. :gossip:

Edit: It also has carbon fiber and aluminum bits like the GT350 does

We've been watching these Ebay "auctions" for months - and used to report the listings that violated Ebay rules to get them killed, but we gave up when Ebay quit caring about its own rules and just grabbed the money. By Ebay's rules, it is OK for a franchised dealer to offer a vehicle for sale that has been ordered but not delivered, if it has a VIN. It is not OK for a dealer or anyone else to just sell a place in line for a car without a VIN.

Well they're no different than the people that put deposits on these cars just to turn around and sell their slot for a premium above what they got it for. It happens all around man. People see an opportunity to make money off of a low volume product... Scalping tickets to a pretty wild ride.
