Hey Jared, since you stated that the cammed and performance will be two separate tunes how will us JLT cold air intake users be able to run the cammed tune? Will the tune include the JLT and long tubes? Or will we need to swap out to our factory intake?

The cammed file will be built just like your regular tune for the intake and headers but with the cammed idle feature. Basically the same tune with adjustments for the cammed sound.

Different software and devices offer different levels of security. The only way Lund can be sure their file won't be stolen is if it's written with their software for their device. Hope that explains it better.

any ideas when this will be available for X4 users?

It will come to the x4, we will just have to wait. There are other tuners out there willing to give their customers what they want.
I personally will not tie myself down to an ngauge and be forced to run lund only tunes.

The only thing is that since it's a novelty file Lund Racing will not chase driveability issues with it.

My old idle lope tune (not a lund tune) had no issues being daily driven.

Idle on this car sounds great BTW! Good to see this feature finally hit the s550.:clap2:

the cam idle tune is offered for the 11-14 cars which most all ruining the X3-X4 now all off a sudden its only for the 2015 car and Nguage? doesn't add up when you say to "protect" their tune.. If it required such high level off security why is it available for the 11-14 with the X3-X4 tool?
