Neither does mine, I have the magnaflow street series and a catless DP no resonator and It's barely any louder. No smell of fuel. Go for the WMS since it's like $300 shipped, at the end of the day they are a pipe and all do the same crap and if you get any check engine ligths use your tuner to turn them off, simple. BUT since you're asking for the best, I would say the cp-e one for sure.I'm catless and mine isn't loud at all nor does it smell like fuel lol.
Off power tune adjustments can clean up most of it ;).And the people who think their catless doesn't stink, let someone drive your car and drive behind it![]()
