So Im not sure if anyone will know this but here goes.

I have 15 pp. So 4 piston brakes. I also have a set of 12-14 gt brembo brakes. Will the Calipers swap in? I know the pp brakes are 13.9in rotors and brembos were 14in rotor. I read the pp brales arent brembos. So would it be worth swapping since they are both 4 piston.

Thanks

As far as I know, the 4 piston brakes on the EB PP & Standard GT are just as good if not better than the Brembo package in the older GTs (can't find the article). You may want a more aggressive pad, but it's likely not worth the trouble.

If you do a visual compare, you can see the 15 breaks are built the same way as the 14 PP, just no "brembo" branding.

If you ask me, "Brembo" is just a name brand mutch like "Beats by Dre". They image of the brand means nothing behind the construction of the eqipment.

Brembo of years past meant something. now they are a marketing tool.

What matters is the number and size of the pistons, and the rotor size / construction.

Ya That makes sense. Figured it wouldn't be worth the trouble. I had bought them for my last mustang. I went in to get dust shields to install them and left with a ecoboost mustang haha

Would it be possible to take to take gt brakes from a 14 and put them on a non PP ecoboost?

Caliper in the base gt and pp Eco is actually larger than the pp gt 6 piston. The 6 piston is lighter. The 4 piston pp Eco and base gt caliper is much better than the previous year track, pack gt
