*SOLVED* Need help on what to do next

RR 2015 GT Premium Auto, 3.55, nav, premiers trim
My GT came in early to the dealership today. 2 days.

After my late shift I went to the dealer for a quick look around and panels seem good and all but there is one thing I noticed inside. I DONT HAVE THE PREMIER TRIM DASH! It is on the sticker but I just have the regular plastic one.
To my understanding there is a regular silver plastic dash and for 400 you can opt for the metal darker one and softer leather all around.

Now I am paranoid to what else I'm missing.
WHAT DO I DO? Can they get one sent and just replace the metal part? I'm taking delivery for sure. Would I just come back later for a replace?
I take delivery Wednesday.

Before taking delivery, make sure any discrepancies are documented and the dealer agrees in writing to correct the issues.

According to the Ford site, the Premier Trim includes only the leather seat faces and door inserts. There is no reference to any of the trim panels.

To my understanding, the trim on the dash depends on the packages you chose and I haven't seen any separate option for it. I was sure there was a thread on here about the different trims, but I can't seem to find it.

All that said, if you are supposed to have something and it isn't on the car, have the dealer order the part and replace it for you. It does happen that the factory screws something up and doesn't put the right part. That's what the dealer is there for.

Partially misread OP's post, you are right the Premier Trim only upgrades the leather, which is present on the seats and door panels.

They can order the correct part and replace it. Just make them do it before you take delivery.
Lets say it takes a week or so for them to get the part. I can take my car and bring it back right?

The Premier Trim does in fact have an upgraded instrument panel over the standard dash but is the same as the Premium Trim.

Therefore, it appears as though there are 4 different 2015 dashes available - standard (diamond mesh aluminum), Premium/Premier (satin bushed aluminum), 50th Anniversary Trim/Limited Edition (axle spun aluminum), and Performance Package (engine turned aluminum).

Yes of course as soon as they agree to do the swap (in writing always) you are good to go.

When I was making my car online I checked the box for premier trim that includes the 50th anniversary dash and upgraded leather.
The 50th Anniversary package and premier trim are 2 different packages.

From the GT Order Guide:

Standard: Diamond Mesh Aluminum
Premium: Satin Brush Aluminum
Premier Trim: Satin Brush Aluminum
Performance Pack: Engine Turned Aluminium
50 Years Package: Axle spin Aluminum

Each trim overrides the ones before it in the list. Just look at which packages you have an you'll see which pattern you're supposed to have.

That shouldn't be a problem, but like another member mentioned get it in writing that they will agree to replace it if it is infact the wrong trim.

1.) So getting the premier trim was NOT supposed to get me the same dash as 50th ann.?


2.) Me getting the color accent premier group on a GT premium just got me soft touch leather?

Really? They sure made it confusing in the Order Guide. No wonder salespeople have no idea what they are talking about. lol :D
