The tempered glass does just fine with it. I had my quarter windows done on my Cobra. This is something I could see people doing to car windows and mirrors. There is a potential market here. Young people would love permanent window tattoos.
I'd say find an old windshield and some car glass and see if it can handle it.
I have several empty bottles that I have acquired. Just for cases like this.If you need any help emptying the bottles...........
Guys, I wanted to thank everyone for the compliments.Hey guys,
Wanted to show you all a project I just finished. You might recognize the bottle as a re-purposed 1800 bottle. The rest was hand drawn on and sand blasted into the glass. It is permanent (not a decal).
Anyway, useless without pictures. Here they are. :ford:
I guess I got a little excited and didn't notice that my layout was nicked before it went into the blast cabinet. Noticed it on first inspection when it came out. Always happens like that. Gives it character.
:ford:I want one please, let me know how, and how to pay for it..... How long before it will be doneGuys, I wanted to thank everyone for the compliments.
I have decided to start making them and sell from my site (handmade crafting site). However, I wanted to offer them here to anyone that wanted one.
I will be selling them to forum members for a special, 45 dollars (Free Shipping to lower 48) I can work something out if you are outside of that range.
Please PM me if you are interested and we can go from there.
Thanks again.

Generally 3-5 days to produce. I always ship USPS Priority (unless the buyer is paying for something else). USPS Priority has tracking and delivers very fast.
I am going to make a small run of these and whatever the 6g forum doesn't pick up will be sold over at Etsy.
