it has an engine!
It's the closest thing to the e46/e92 M3 in terms of engine characteristics. High revving. Even closer to the e92! I had a 2013 which had a naturally aspirated 4.0L V8 that revved to 8,300 RPM. The GT350 will give me everything the M3 offered and then some.
Yeah actual reliability and a lot more.

Am I the only one who didn't really like the sound of that exhaust?
I'm not crazy about the popity pop either.

But the more I know about this Stang the more I say to myself, "you're gonna need some more car money":gossip::thumbsup:

With the exhaust, well nothing is perfect:D

I liked it but would find it a bit annoying if I was walking past and some random guy revs at me to get a reaction. That said, the guy in the driver seat is the owner of Supercars of London of which I'm a subscriber. Here is a lengthier version.

I absolutely LOVE this car! ..... I don't know exactly what it is that does it for me, but it does. The only car I've ever really wanted very badly was a Ferrari .... until I saw (and heard!) the GT350R - it's just perfection to my eyes and ears. I don't know why; I've (obviously) never driven one, it's not state-of-the-art technology .... hell, I've never even actually seen one! ..... but somehow it pushes all the right buttons. There's something about the looks that really strike a chord with me ..... and the sound! Oh my goodness, even on TV/computer it sounds apocalyptic so in real life it must be so much better - Cerberus guarding the gates of hell springs to mind for some reason! :headbang: It seems some people don't like the exhaust sound (I guess the flat plane sound isn't to everyone's taste) but to me it absolutely couldn't be better. I have got to have one of these cars! :hail: :ford:

It's very difficult to record subtle nuances of exhaust.

It doesn't sound like that in person.

And due to the candid nature of the video, it seems unlikely they could set up equipment properly to capture the audio range appropriately.

I'm not a fan of the popping sound either. But I believe it has to do with the non-fine tuning of the factory calibration. My car popped on developing until I got the calibration down just right. Many others have dealt with this as well.

Can't wait for this monster to hit the streets!

There is something about it that is primordial.

The best part of the 5.2 is that the engine attenuates every little throttle response. The engine has a direct connection to your soul and responds...

Yeah :ford:
