Has anybody checked the accuracy say with a mechanical boost gauge running side by side?
I could but it will be awhile. I can slide the one out of my Z06 and test it.

Question

Why run a boost gauge on a SC, as boost is dependent on rpm?

You only need a boost gauge on a PD blown car when you are tuning after that it is mostly just for the fun of it. I am running a temporary mechanical gauge on my car until the tuning is done. Then I might still buy the ECO boost set just because it makes more sense than that vacuum gauge. But I trust the mechanical gauge I am not sure I trust the Eco boost until I see someone verify that they read consistently the same.

That is the reason I bought one. And....

I will verify by Late July.

I don't want to get off topic, so excuse the question.

But I have a premium Ecoboost but don't have the performance package. Are all the wires there for me to simply but these gauges and pop them in? Simple as that? Thanks

I'll hopefully know the answer in a couple of days. Having the guys check the gauge against the mechanical one on the dyno.

Just didn't want the vacuum gauge just sitting there pegged at 0 under throttle, hopefully it's roughly accurate as well as a bonus.
