1/4 mile wheel/tire combo??

I'm looking at getting a set of wheels and tires just for track days since I was only able to pull a 2.1 60ft time at the track last Friday. I tried slipping the clutch and launching at idle but either way the tires broke loose in 1st and again after shifting into 2nd. So I'd like to get something street legal that a could pull a 1.7-1.8 now and even lower down the road after more mods. Any info on a good combo would be appreciated.

Thanks, just checked them out, they make one for a 20 in rim that is 29 inches tall. That should take the top end of 4th gear up a few mph.
