That doesnt even make sense... progressives are only that at the initial portion of travel. At the higher lend of travel, given a similar rate, the springs are delivering similar characteristics. Not only that, a more compliant front end would grip slightly better in the initial portion of the bump and the rear would more predictable, albeit more oversteer. The car already runs an overly rear bias set up straight from the factory. As long as the dampers are properly controlling the "jacking" nature of a given springs rate, it shouldnt be an issue.I don't think I would mix spring types. Progressive would react differently than the linear style.
