$500 plus 20% off if you do all the prep work yourself. $699 plus 20% off if he does the prep work. (I recommend that he does)

Prep work is wash, ironx, clay, Polish, fix paint swirls etc.

Yep. If you've got swirls or paint imperfections they will correct it prior to ceramic pro application.
