It would be crazy if every single forum had a mobile app. There are mobile apps, such as Tapatalk, that support ALL the forums that run on vBulletin. I would suggest giving it a try.

Why in 2015 would anyone want a mobile version of anything? Unless your phone is 5 years old I can't see the logic in it. Mobile versions of websites are awful. Any decent modern smartphone can display a full website.

To develop these sites takes money, something of which the admins of this forum may not have. Do you have some you can give to them to do what you want?
