Long time lurker who is about to order his first American car...

I'm looking at getting a Race Red GT (manual) with PP. That exterior color doesn't allow for red-line interior, however you can upgrade to "68B - Premier Trim with Color Accent Group".

The only thing I can tell by pictures and the Ford build is that the seats have different perforations to mimic the pattern on the Recaro and cloth seats, plus one extra stitch line along the side bolsters.

Is this the option which gives you the soft-touch upper door panels and soft-touch dashboard with contrasting stitching??? Surely it must include something else than just different perforation and a stitch!

Thank you in advance for any help.

It does give you the soft touch panels. The leather is also supposed to softer on the seats, but I never saw a car with the standard leather so I don't know if there's a big difference. I have the 68B on mine.

This is correct. The center console top is also soft-touch. The money is well worth it, at least I think it is.

Thank you for the information guys! This is an important feature for me as I will be making my own "red line" package via the thread dye. And the soft touch dashboard is a solid upgrade.

Awesome! You will love all the soft-touch areas. It is a very nice touch.

yeah i'm struggling trying to find a car that has 68b, nav, 401a, and recaros that's CO. There are two i've found so far on the east coast to the midwest. One of the dealers won't even call me.

but the real prob is finding a car that has 68b... most of what I am finding with options I want, have all the options BUT 68b
