My EDD has been updated from 1/26 to 1/24

You are not the only one. I also had a blend date of 01/05/15, and mine still shows in production. Race red GT, PP, 401A, Nav, 50th anniversary appearance package. My EDD still shows 2/2/15, but my dealer called me yesterday and said his info from Ford has my EDD as 1/24. We will see.

Has yours moved to Awaiting Shipment yet? We are the only two with 401a I think so that may be why mine is still In Production...

Just found out my Build Date is 1/26/15 now.

Yesterday my car showed up in Awaiting Shipment. Today it shows as In Transit. Maybe it will arrive before 1/26. Just in time to garage it for 2 months in NJ. Hope to get a day here or there to be able to get the tint & exhaust done. I will install the RedLine hood struts & the Sho&Go front plate bracket in the garage.

Mine is coming to New York to sit in the garage for the next couple months as well. When I ordered in November they told me I wouldn't see it until mid-March. I don't mind though, now I'm really excited to get it. Maybe our cars will ride the train together.

My car has the 401a but it was built yesterday and is awaiting shipment as of this morning. It's a fully loaded GT convertible with a 6-speed manual, the 401a package, 50 years appearance etc.. If there was an option box I clicked it, minus the auto transmission.

COTUS has been wonky lately, have you checked with Rachel or Ford Service on Twitter?

I checked yesterday and Rachel said mine had "not proceeded into production this week". Maybe they were out of orange paint. Lol. [emoji2]

I sent her another message a few minute ago though- we will see what happens. I will give it till Friday before I get concerned.

Hi BJ,
If there are coming by train I am going to tell my dealer not to wash the car. I was watching videos by the Junkman about detailing your car and in one of them he tells you that when cars travel by train they get a lot of track & road dust on them that should not be ground into to clear coat by washing them at the dealer. I would rather do it myself by foaming the car and rinsing it off before washing. If anyone is interested in these videos just google The Junkman on you tube. He has a whole series that starts with a 2 bucket wash and other videos concerning what to do with bird droppings and other problems. Good information.

This is EXACTLY how I configured my car as well. It is a DIB convertible with 401a, 50 year appearance, and every other option I could select except Automatic Trans.

ETIS info has not populated for my VIN yet, even after production was completed. Has anyone else's vehicle info populated on ETIS yet? Does anyone know, on average, how long that takes?

It took mine about a week to populate on ETIS.
