I'm torn between 10F1964 and GT 50YR(S). For the first combo I need to use a zero for the "O" as the true combo is taken. For the second I cannot decide on whether or not to include the S

I don't know what state you are in but in California you can't have 10F1964. I tried to get it and they said that is a sequence for trucks. That is why I went with I0F1964.

I have a question on the rear license plate holes/dimples.

I am still waiting to get my vanity plate, but I finally took of my temporary out of state transport plate today. When I removed the plate I saw the two holes the dealer drilled pretty close to the top of the license plate section. Where the dealer drilled the holes the area was a bit raised, almost like a washer level bump, is that normal?

In addition, a few inches below the holes drilled by the dealer were two dimples, did everyone else have those? Why are there different height holes for the rear plate?
