Hi, I want to change my original M1 resonator to a high flow performance design. I have seen the Ford performance version and the Magnaflow tru X. I don't want the car to sound raspy, I like the original deep sound, just louder. Has anyone used either of these with the OEM exhaust on a M1? I would really like to know what the sound difference is?

Any feedback would be great
Thanks in advance

Magnaflow Tru-X is quieter than stock.

Stock is straight through design.

I’ve used a FP X and hated the tone, but am satisfied with the Summit H.

Hey there!

If you're looking to retain the same tone with more volume, you'll want to stick to a H pipe. Stangmode installed a Corsa HH midpipe on his Mach 1 and we have the clip here:

These are offered here:

https://www.lethalperformance.com/c...-hh-pipe-2015-2024-5-0l-mustang-gt-14502.html

We also have a standard H pipe offering from Steeda here:
https://www.lethalperformance.com/s...ete-h-pipe-2018-2024-mustang-gt-555-3619.html

Let us know if we can help out!

Hi, do you have any stockists or distributors in Europe? I would like to buy your double H pipe but as I live in Spain the transport / taxes will be expensive.

Thanks in advance for your help

Steeda makes both an X and H. There's a dyno pull in that sticky thread of someone who was seeing 8-14hp in a couple areas with the addition on the X version.
Hi, thanks for the info, I will take a look
