Trust me, I was on the F-Type builder for a while...dreaming. I could sell the Hummer and buy one, and maybe if I lived somewhere warm I would...but I can't do both! Just too expensive.

Stopped by my dealer today, the GM made it seem like I can hope for Dec 25-31.

Talked with a regional manager yesterday. She didn't really tell me anymore than I already knew. The car is now in transit with an EDD of 12/19-12/23. Car was built 10/1 but could have been sitting due to weather or not being able to get on a rail car, all of which don't make much sense. Either way, hopefully the car is here before the new year.

It seems a lot of cars built in Job #1 were held in Quality Control for extended periods of time waiting on inspection.

No idea. Finished production on Oct 27th and was released from the factory on Nov 30th. There is no information for the month it just sat there.

My $750 coupon expired and if it doesn't show up by the 31st I'm done. I could wait for a GT350 but I don't really want my money to go to Ford so I'll probably save for a C7 or something.

Just plain frustration

my GT was completed 10/27. After 6 weeks sitting at the plant they notified my dealer this past week stating that it was damaged during production. They are going to repair and ship. They didn't tell the dealer what was damaged. Two weeks ago ordered me another car. My dealer is almost as frustrated as I am.

Well, guys I am bout to start raising hell. I know I can't blame my dealer on this but my Ford Customer Service is pretty crap right now. My regional sales manger will not get back to me for the last week. I don't know if they are just avoiding me or what. Does anyone know if I can somehow cancel my order even after I signed for it Nov. 8 expecting it to be arrived Nov. 10 when my dealer told me it should have been delivered. I haven't received it yet so there is no dealer lot loss on the car. Can I get my 3 grand back if I get a lawyer involved. Even though I know it will cost some money for the lawyer I can save some money through buying another car through another dealer and ask for a better deal. I got my car for MSRP kinda crazy right. A guy in my town bought a 50 anniversary and walked out the door with it for 40g. So I know I can get a better deal. Any advice guys?

My car finally came in! Yay! However after the car sat for almost three months completed, it arrived with a backup camera not working. I fairly pissed that the thing is broken. Either way, the part will be in Monday and they will get me a loaner while it's fixed. Still picking up today regardless
