Who is Rachel and how do I contact her?

She seems to be someone from Ford customer service. Popular it seems, but I have no idea how to reach her. Most here seem to know her whereabouts, i am curious myself of this mystical being.

Do a search for user FordService and once you find her you can send her a Private Message. She gets back to everyone as quickly as she can.

So which EDD am I to trust? COTUS said my EDD is 1-18-15 but ETIS shows build date of 02.12.2014. When will I get my car then?

I had a date of 12/06 in COTUS and 12/05 in ETIS. Rachel, with Ford, confirmed actual build date was 12/05. I'm guessing the 12/06 from COTUS was when it was entered in to that system. I'm going with actual build date (Birthday) of 12/05/2014.

I haven't gotten anything else useful from ETIS. Probably user-error.

So, your build date was December 2. The current EDD is 1/18/2015, but will likely change. I think they overly exaggerate these EDD. I'm sure you'll get it before Christmas. But, if you're like me, it won't be soon enough! :tsk:

YESSSSSSS! its back. I had to use VIN for it to work. Using the order code plus dealer code was still down. :clap2:

Are you planning on using Ford Financing? I just read the fine print in the most recent 500.00 incentive and it is contingent on using Ford Credit. Which stinks.

Oh no, I am pre-approved though my bank with a very good rate. Better than their current rate at least. Even if its just $750 extra, who cares, its more money in my pocket.

Not all buyers will qualify for Ford Credit Financing. 0% APR financing for 60 Months at $16.67 per month per $1000 financed regardless of down payment. Oh I agree. I got a killer rate from a local credit union which offsets the loss of a 500.00 incentive but another 500.00 is always nice

Yeah I was looking for that. But I/We may be reading that wrong. I think the dream big incentive may be separate from any Ford Credit Bonus Cash. I guess we will find out :shrug: sorry for any unnecessary confusion.

Yeah, I thought it was the black Friday extended incentive. Can someone shine some light on this?
