@Zach@Granger Have you guys figured out the issue with Ford coding and fixed? Seems not.

My ESP showed up in the Warranty section of my Ford Pass app the next day, but has now disappeared. The AC repair is now listed in service. Candidly, I want to see this service disappear since it never occurred and the ESP to return to the Warranty section.

We still don't have a resolution to this quite yet. We have tried a couple of different things to try to make it work and we're waiting to see if it sticks.

This won't show in your warranty repair history in Ford's OASIS system, but I understand the frustration in it incorreclty showing in the Ford pass app.

I have the exact same experience... it now instructs me to 'contact a Guide', whatever that means.

Yep, mine says that also. Next time I’m there I’ll check with my dealer to ensure that it reflects the ESP properly.

At my Ford dealer getting an oil change and my service adviser checked my car record and confirmed that the Ford Protect ESP is there! Yippee!

I've never considered purchasing this but it seems purchasing from Ford online would be better than from most Florida dealerships. I may ask Mullinax Ford when my 2022 order arrives. They allowed me to order a new Mustang for MSRP, no dealer fees, plus the $1,000 rebate. I was unsuccessful in finding any other Florida dealerships to touch that deal. Most had dealer add ons, were silent about the rebate, and had pretty hefty dealer fees. So my hopes are that Mullinax wouldn't price gouge on extended service plans. Stinks we are the only state that can't take advantage of this opportunity.

I just purchased the extended service plan from Mullimax in Florida the other day. It was ~2k. I’m going to cancel after sleeping on it.

Thanks Zach. Brooke responded to my email telling me the 3 yr(5yr?)/36,000 mile warranty runs concurrently with my factory 3yr/36k mile warrant.

That doesn't make any sense. It should be consecutively with my factory warranty-so it kicks in after my factory warranty expires.

I emailed her back and she didn't respond.

Welcome to the world of extended warranties.. that’s how they work.

For example, a 7 year, 60,000 mile ESP gives you 4 years and 24,000 miles of additional bumper to bumper warranty. For the drivetrain it gives you 2 years and 10,000 mile. Play with the calculator to figure out what works best for you. I went high years and low miles. It’s a garage queen that I plan keeping for a long time.
