What Battery Did You Get?

I tried to search on this and didn’t find much. I have a 2019 and although the battery seems fine I’m just trying to research for when the time comes. I’m coming up on three years with this battery and my car seems to take a little longer to start these days cranking wise. I am going to start monitoring battery voltage on the Ngauge if it still has that feature.

Whe it came time to change out your battery which one did you replace it with. I’m not looking to go AGM at all. Just a good old fashioned battery. The one that looks appealing so far based on reviews is the red top. Please let me know what you’ve all went with the whether it was worthwhile. Thanks in advance friends.

on Amazon it says it’s a lead cell battery but I’m not sure if it will fit either way. Just looking for opinions of what people have got.

Stay away Delco and OPTIMA Batteries. Trash! Anything Johnson Controls makes for batteries you're going to be good to go.

AGM is lead cell. It is Absorbed Glass Mat construction. It is much stronger than conventional lead acid batteries and won't spill if punctured or tipped over.

I don't think the Optima battery fits. (Red Top) The Odyssey does fit. I have one and so far no issues.

I bought one in 04 put it in my F150. In 2012 I put it in my then new 12 F150, it was still in the 12 when I traded it in 15.

You should try a flooded cell, your battery not looking real efficient .

Orange devil ,you are spot on .I believe that there are only few battery co in the us and Johnson controls being the largest and the smaller co .putting there labels on . What is crappy about a optima is that you need to charge it in series with a conventional battery . My opinion is that interstate batterpies are very good.
