Hi Steve. I didn't install a Gt350 wheel to my 18 but I did put a custom wheel from Eximius on it. I thought that the GT350 wheel was just not different enough to the improved OEM wheel to make it worthwhile. If you go custom at least you can have something that you have had a hand in designing. I cannot fault the workmanship on mine.

Hi Peter, I will try and look up a picture of yours as mine is orange fury too. I would like to know what you thought of the quality and how hard it was to fit considering the factory wheel come with connections already fitted. Just trying to take the easier path if possible.

The only drama that I had with fitting was getting my paddle shifter extensions off so that I could access the holes for unhooking the airbag. The supplied 3m tape on the extensions held like superglue. Otherwise all went relatively easy. Just take your time and maybe take a few photos of the oem wheel's switch layout once you have that exposed. You probably don't have a heated wheel but if the wiring is there you will have to tuck it away somewhere.
The quality of the wheel looks great as does Troy's (Mustang madness2018) that was made by the same people. I didn't go for flat top as well as bottom but they do it if you want. I wanted the leather to match my auto selector and stripes but they couldn't work the the RAL colour number that I have for those. They did get reasonably close even though

we relied on colour matching via emails back and forth.

Thanks Peter, mine is manual and it does have a heated wheel but when I make up my mind to go down one path or another it shouldn't be a bother. Yours looks great !

Thanks Steve. That is odd. I thought it was only the 18's that got the heating. Anyhow I didn't ever use mine and to my knowledge none of the aftermarket wheels retain the heating. The GT350 wheels don't as well.
Anyhow, all good and look forward to seeing what you decide on.

You are quite right Peter mine is one of the last MY18s although I didn't get it till mid 2019 so it has heating , not that I have ever used it nor am I likely to , much like the seats. Although the grandkids like to push switches and icons.
