Gt350 steering wheel

Thanks Phil. I was on a website and seen a black airbag housing which got me thinking... But I am glad its not necessary as I wasnt looking forward to spending just as much as the wheel itself on a new centre.

Thanks Phil. Out of interest, my GT350R has very dark black leather compared to ones I have seen on youtube. Is yours dark black leather as well?

i had a GT350 wheel, but then saw a carbon dynamic wheel and had to have one. now those of you thinking about getting one, you will love the wheel, but hate the company.

that said, the communication is horrible, but the work is off the hook. it will take you three months to get the wheel. if you try to contact the company, you wont hear from them at all. you will just get an email three months down the road and one day the wheel shows up. at least that was my experience. but the wheel is just beautiful.

all of the things I have done to my car, my steering wheel is by far the best thing I have down... yes even over the Whipple.

I love the extra flatbottom and chunkyness of it, not a huge fan of CF but overall looks really good

I'm pretty sure they are identical leather, just one has red leather and mine has white

I think it looks amazing.

Problem for us in Australia is that 500 USD = approx $650 AUD then add purchase cost of a standard wheel...say $200 + shipping to Aus is about $80 it is now over $900 AUD.

And appart from gas prices, our dollar has similar buying power in each respective country so it would be like you having to pay almost a $1000 for this same wheel.

But that said, Wow, if I had one grand to spend on a wheel this would be my choice!

Don't be worried. Set your ambient light to red, get the Diode Dynamics Red LED interior kit and enjoy the redness!

P.S. Not a fan of the Carbon Dynamics wheel - but, yes, buy someone's stock wheel that upgraded to a GT350, send it off to the states, then sell your own stock wheel when it comes back to offset the cost a little.
