I just wanted to share a quick experience I had yesterday. I’m from Michigan and I’m in Cali on vacation and to visit family. I wanted to go to chemical guys headquarters when I got here. My wife and I walked in and the owner greeted us right away and as what he could do for us ! That made a great impression right away. I told him I was just looking right now and he started chatting with me about what car I have then showed me some of the cars at the shop and what they do there. After about 45 minutes I had a few things that I found to purchase, I thanked him for the tour and info as we went to the register. He rang up the items and then gave me a generous discount on everything I had. And thee in a mask for my wife and I. Needless to say, that sealed me being a chemical guy for life.
There may be products out there that are “better” than chemical guys, but I will stick with my chemical guys products because of my experience at chemical guys California!

Lol. Me too but the good thing is that they will teach you and they have a lot of videos on their site to help too

I attended both 1-day hands-on training classes for DIYer, pre-pandemic. I was very satisfied with the instruction provided by their staff at the location in Gardena.

Lucky you, I didn't have the same experience at the Burbank CA location. Staff was chatty but all they were trying to do was sell me more stuff. I still ended up with just over $500 of stuff and asked if there was any sort of discount or something. The guys told me no and I could sign up for the rewards program, but my $500 purchase would not reflect in my rewards. Glad you had a good experience but I made the switch to adams and ammo nyc products

Sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t great. I too like adams a lot and I’ve spent many hundreds of dollars at adams in Anaheim.
