While removing the rear deck lid I broke the end of the connector(the connector will not lock in to the camera) that plugs into the back up camera. Is the harness that comes from the rear seat area to the back up camera a plug and play harness or will I need to splice wires?

Don't know if you've found your fix or not, you could purchase the harness, but that runs up to the dash. I'm certain you wouldn't want to replace the entire harness for that. You can purchase a pigtail kit for the camera connector WPT-1556 or WPT-1280 and splice it in or just swap the connector shell.

Thanks - I called Ford and they sold me the pigtail for less than $11.
