For those with the Nav System, don't forget to change your wallpaper..

Need some answers here...Ordered a 2015 Mustang GT in June of this year and the order is still "In Processing". I talked to the dealer sales rep. and advised them that people are starting to receive their retail orders already. He gave me a number to a regional customer service rep. who advised me that retail orders are NOT scheduled to begin until mid October. When I told her that her information is inaccurate and people are already receiving their orders she told me I was wrong. I told her about the actual pictures posted on this forum and she said quite curtly "Then perhaps you ought to ask the forum why your order is delayed" and hung up on me! I was floored! I called the dealer and told them what happened and they were stunned and in disbelief! I put in a call to Ford Dearborn to lodge a complaint and query why the misinformation and have not ONE reply! Anyway...is there anyone else I can call to find out exactly what the hell is going on with my order? My dealer seems to be clueless (they are a small volume dealer in south central Pennsylvania) as to what to do or where to ask questions. All I want is an answer without the sarcasm! My order number is 0621 and dealer code is 16V535

There are a ton of variables that could affect when your build gets scheduled, including dealer allocation and what priority code they entered into the system with your order, as well as a ton of other considerations. Look on the printout the dealer probably gave you when you ordered and find your priority code. I think that code ranges from 10 to 19. If I'm not mistaken, 19 is the lowest priority they can assign.

What's the resolution on the Nav screen? I need to get some ready now!
I believe these are correct:

File limit size of 1.5mb, .jpg, .gif, .png, and .bmp. Optimal size is 800Ă—384. It mentions this size on the config screen.

Also can hold up to 32 pictures total (unconfirmed, got that from dealer.)

Bummed out in PA

Thank you for the reply. I'll be talking to the dealer today and query him about the priority code as I do not recall that item:(

that's wild! hard to do?
No, just move an image file with the right size onto a Windows formatted USB drive (FAT32 formatted version is what I used). Go to settings, wallpaper, and follow the prompts. Easy peasy. :)

Attaching the image of the Wallpaper screen.

I'm not trying to 'jack the thread' but I will quickly comment that I sent you a PM, Phlyguy! ;)

Rachael has probably already told you but your priority is a 10 which is the highest you can get for a retail order. your dealer's allocation will be the biggest factor which is based on the sales volume (I think).
