I have a PP2 -factory springs rates 198(F) 823(R)- and am looking for a set of springs that will lower the car a bit while retaining a compliant ride.
Currently running the Ford Performance springs (M-5300-W) and they are a bit harsh for my roads. The FP spring rate is 250(F) and that extra ~50lb sure is noticeable.
I also do not like the slight rake they give. Prefer perfectly even wheel gaps.
Another option would be BMR but I don't think they'd be any better for me being that they are 250(F) 980(R).
That leaves Steeda which has an even 1" drop spring with 170(F) 715(R) but that seems like a step back to PP1 rates (which are 165(F) 728(R)).
Truthfully I felt the stock springs were great for daily driving (when in Normal mode) just a bit too high.
Does anyone offer lowering springs with stock PP2 rates?
Are there any other options I'm missing or are these it?
I might try the Steeda springs next and if they feel soft maybe drive in Sport+ instead
