I am still not following how we know if the car sitting at rail yard is still waiting for ford to complete their fix , or not?He should have been in touch with the yard and requested that due to the lengthy hold that he'd like to see your car moved as soon as the yard is allowed to. Your dealer wouldn't get "any updated information" from Ford and if he isn't close with anybody at the railyard/transport company it's radio silence on his end. All he will get is an email or call to say a carrier has been dispatched. So to move things along, he needs to be on the phone pressuring them to move when they can and get that car to him.
