Nothing too exciting, but I gave the interior a full treating with some gtechniq products and also dressed the engine bay whilst it was still clean.

Got my scoops back from the painters. £228 incl VAT in the end. 20 mins to fit,and job done!

MMD V-Series Side Scoops - without inserts (as they've been out of stock for ages... waiting for them to come back in)
MD Concepts GT350 Style front fenders scoops (bought these on a whim as wasn't sold on their look. Still not sure, but will keep them on and see how i feel about them in a few weeks.

Spent the day doing the oil pump gears. Not too bad of a job. Took just over 7 hours.

Was going to take loads of pics but just forgot.

Wire wrapped around the pickup pipe bolts means you can undo them with out dropping them in the sump.

GT350 throttle body is due in next few days so once it here the Edelbrock CAI, throttle body and smaller pulley are going on and new tune from PBD then back on the dyno to see how close to 800bhp I can get.

They look great, I would say that as I’ve got the same side scoops too. To forewarn you’ll need to remove them to fit the inserts, you won’t be able to fit them whilst they are on the car.

Throttle body swap again today. I had 90mm BBK a few weeks back but it was faulty so sent back.

Spoke with Palm Beach about the GT350 TB with it only being £150 new and was told they had no issue with tuning it.

Today it arrived and was fitted in 20mins. Uploaded the new tune and took it for a drive.

Had my Pilot Sport 4s tyres fitted yesterday after nearly 16k on the the PZeros.

Just been out for an early morning spin round my own little Nurburgring of A/B roads. Everything was better cornering, braking, acceleration. All very cool and I'm so much happier now.

Going to have alignment done this morning.
Oil and filter change next Thursday

Just add a 4X4 badge then it won’t need lowering therefore saving you cash

What a day I had yesterday...
Washed it yesterday morning. Then it was off to Abingdon airfield for a track experience I had for Christmas - to drive the Optimus Prime truck from Transformers - i’m a big fan of the films! When I booked I thought it would be rude not to book the Bumblee Camaro too. Didn’t take much to convince me to add 3 laps in a classic GT350 track car, and a couple of laps in my own! Absolutely brilliant day from start to finish, particularly impressed with the Camaro. Very chuffed the team there allowed me to get the photo with the truck - dream come true for me!
