Most specialty cars are a limited market...
So, I should have clarified by saying that since the GT350 is a limited market, it makes it challenging to make a business case for multiple sizes/offsets of a wheel, as we do production runs of wheels. If the wheels were cut-to-order, there would be no limit on styles and fitments, but that would also likely double our price point (currently, the wheel is offered below $600.) The goal with our CS21 was to offer an affordable, yet high-quality forged wheel. Hopefully that makes sense. :)

I mean if the problem is brake clearance.. just make wheels that clear the biggest available brakes.. sell more wheels.. most of the wheel sets I see dont clear performance pack brakes .. seems like they are "limiting" the market..

See, that's interesting. In designing our wheels, we make sure that all of our wheels will fit the largest OEM brake that comes on a vehicle. We went so far as to have an '18 GT350R brought in so we could 3D scan the brakes to check clearance. Both our company's S550s are Performance Pack models as well, which helps on the wheels designed for the other models. We try to cover all our bases.

if all of your wheels are designed to fit with the GT350(R) brakes in mind why don't they all fit a GT350(R)?
or were you just referring to the single wheel option you posted about?

I think we got our signals crossed on that front. Our CS21 wheel was designed with a specific offset for the GT350 and GT350R as the front fenders and suspension are set wider than a normal Mustang. Our other wheels may fit, but the offsets are optimal for non-GT350 models. So while there may be brake clearance, the offset would not be ideal. :)

Would any alignment be needed on a GT350 if R spec wheels (Project 6GR) with 305x30x19 and 325x30x19 Michelin 4S tires were installed? Would this combination be lower and provide a bigger fender gap?

An alignment is not necessary because you aren't changing the geometry of the suspension. And yes your car will sit a bit closer to the ground because you're decreasing the overall tire diameter and that in turn increases the fender gap a bit.

Here's an example of what your fender gap will look like..... All new for 2018! Ford Mustang wheels: Project 6GR 10-TEN Spoke Shelby GT350 GT350R

I'm contemplating SVE GT7 wheels R spec with 305/30 PS4S squared or going with Billy Johnson's suggestion of 295/30 Front with 305/30 Rear. Has anyone run this size at the track and if so how was handling?

I run 305/30 square on track and get understeer at low speeds. I also rotate the tires to help extend the life. I wouldn't use the factory widths (295 - 305) for the track. For the street it won't matter as this car can't be pushed anywhere near its limits in that environment.

Other than FP springs I have no other suspension mods.

Man that looks good! I'm probably going to get those too. Gloss black with Conti's.... How do you like them? Got any pics looking doing the side to see how they set with fender? Are those R spec's?
