Looking good! You took your airbag apart too?!? Vinyl right? What brand / color? I got like 20 different samples of blue trying to match DIB, then I just went with 3M 1080 Satin Mystique Blue. Close enough, and it wouldn't reflect/blind in the sunlight.

Whatever happened to the factory optional carbon dash that was supposed to appear for the 2018/2019 Mustangs?
It came out, not that popular of an option I guess, only available on Premiums too. I've only seen it once in person.

I actually painted all the Chrome trim and lots of other interior parts with DIB base/Clear Sherwin Williams paint. No vinyl in my car but I have my graphics guy make all the exterior yellow decals in vinyl since we remove and clean and buff the paint for major events regularly. I even painted the tiny chrome tips on the window switch buttons and trim.

Those small parts look real familiar! Nice job on the wrap. Painting them was the only way I could get the perfect match for DIB

Where did you mount the studs for your Aerocatch latches? Would you mind sharing a pic? Can't figure out where I want to put mine...

CF hood, front fenders, trunk lid, and spoiler installed. Yes, they are CF, and yes, I did want them painted to match the rest of the car. Still need to finish the stripes.

Those look like they are positioned over the Radiator support brackets. The stud is usually mounted to those brackets. Didn't work for my Vented Anderson Composites hood though.

I’ve had the hood for a while now, but can’t think of a good place to mount the catches to. Mine's the EB on the right, for clarification. The GT350 belongs to a coworker.

You are correct. The studs are in fact positioned over the radiator support brackets. And I too was also going to add that this location may not work on other hoods, as the design of different hoods may require alternate solutions/placement.
I do almost everything myself when it comes to my car (as well as with the help of a few friends on occasion); but having to cut a hole into my brand new CF hood and align all of the hardware perfectly was not something I was ready to do. These (or other hood pins, but hood latches are a little more secure IMO) are a MUST for any CF hood. I only drove my car with my new hood once on the freeway, when I noticed it flexing due to the air pressure buildup in the engine bay. I brought it down to the local performance shop that I like and he did an excellent job with the cutting/mounting. Here are a few pics for placement, BUT AGAIN, these mounting points worked for my cowl hood, and may not work for other styles of hoods.
