Going to have calipers painted. Not sure whether to go for black or dark grey (or some other color!), any pictures or opinions? It's a black car with black wheels.

My stang is black along with badges and wheels as are the calipers and top hats. It looks sharp and nothing but compliments.

Thanks, would like black, but thinking of practicality. Grey might not show the dirt so much?

If you plan on putting any stickers on the caliper, it doesn't matter what color you paint them, they're going to show brake dust!
I like the idea of black since it would match your paint & wheels. I painted mine red, and am going to go back to black.

black on black i went with yellow calipers red looks good too imo. i would have thought yellow was too flashy but its really not too loud behind the pp wheels. brake dust does show pretty well tho.

Depends on whether or not (in my lowly opinion) you have another color on your car besides black. If not - black. I painted mine black, but my car is magnetic. I just wanted them to disappear, not stand out. If the temp ever warms up and it stops raining when it does for a few hours, I might actually install them.

Any Pictures of the Yellow Calipers? I've been debating painting mine yellow and I am trying to see as many pictures as I can before I commit. Maybe I'm overthinking this...Lol

this is the general yellow from g2 paint kit. kit gave me about 3 coats per caliper i will prob get another bottle to do over again just to make sure i dont have any light spots. but like i said i think it looks classy without being overly flashy

That looks really good against the black paint and black wheels. I have a guard GT and don't know if the yellow would look good on that. Ideally, I'd like to do gold/bronze like the STI calipers or the GTR calipers.

black was an easier color to work with forsure. i feel like other colors like guard it might be better to do black or grey calipers. its just hard to make so many colors fit into a combo since the car is one color red taillights color of wheels etc. i tend to find cars with fewer colors in the combo look better..less is more kinda thing.
