Do you know what the difference is between M6373 vs M6373-W or are they basically the same? What I understand is the W stands for the wheel but I am very curious if they are the same.

Could'nt tell you. I used the former on a small chip and it was perfect.

It is not a brand it is a color code that suppliers will match to. Google up touch up suppliers and most will have it .
