Completed - Raceseng Orbature Shift Knob - Red Delrin
Extra weight from this knob has really smoothed out the Tri-Ax Race. Previous 350/350R knob doesn't weigh much at all. There were some modifications needed to make it work due to the Steeda Lockout Collar. Luckily [MENTION=15102]Nathanbrummer@SCS[/MENTION] has a video on exactly how to make it work. The red is a little bright but I like it for now with the other accents. If I want to tone it down Raceseng has a ton of cover options for relatively cheap.
Also got a chance to put some miles on the new tune up from PBD and must say the car is running GREAT. Rob Shoemaker took over and it was a great experience. As this is basically a TVS L2 upgrade kit that they offer, i'm sure the base maps are damn close. One quick revision and it was all set. Car is much more mellow when you want it to be, but as you roll into boost it's a whole other story. Power comes on MUCH stronger and MUCH earlier. I had him set the limiter to 7500 but haven't played much up there. Very happy with the way the car feels and I'm gonna do my best to STOP here with the power mods lolol. Upgraded heat exchanger/IC Pump will finish it off nicely.
Few quick photos. Only tell tale signs the kit has been messed with from the outside are the pulley and the Y split at the MAF location. CARB legal enough for me lol
