Get some suspension mods to help you put the power down. $600 would take you pretty far in that department. BMR CB005 to start.

I am in Waco. I know last week it was pretty hot over here. I was sitting in my car for lunch one day with a/c on and after an hour got an alert on dash that car was going to shut off. I am assuming because temps got too high. I have the Reische thermostat.

BMR springs + CB005. Hell, for $600 you can do both of those and get differential bushings. It will really stiffen up the rear end. Make sure to get the right BMR kit (cannot recall part numbers) to compensate for the extra weight you're carrying up front.

I remember the first time I lit it up after putting the BMR springs in and it felt like I had baby jesus himself supporting my rear bumper. The rear didn't crouch hardly at all. Definitely feels way better when you get on it now that the back is more stiff.

I thinking I am going to do that combo. SP080 springs+CB005+BK051+upgrade kit. How are the springs with alignment do I need caster camber plates?

BMR CB005 + BK051! You'll be amazed at the difference it makes. I have the same setup but with Steeda bushings, I'm still blown away by the improvement they made in handling the extra power.

Can I use the BMR performance springs or do I have to get sp089 springs for front due to the added Whipple weight?
